Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Tourism Partner app. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept all of the provisions of this Agreement.

1.Parties and Acceptance

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Tourism Partner ("Service Provider", "we") and any natural person ("User", "you") using the Tourism Partner mobile application and related websites ("Service").

By creating an account, downloading and installing the app, or using the Service in any way, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted all of the provisions of this Agreement and the referenced Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice. If you do not accept this Agreement, you must not use the Service.

3.Service Description and Scope

Tourism Partner is a social travel platform where users come together to plan trips, find travel companions, discover destinations, share experiences, and message one another.

Principal features offered through the Service:

The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Service, add or remove features at any time. Notice will be provided in advance for material changes within a reasonable time frame.

Important: Tourism Partner is not a dating app, a matchmaking service, or an investment/financial advisory platform. All responsibility arising from meetings, travel, or communications between users rests with the users themselves.

4.Account Creation and Age Limit

4.1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. During account creation, you provide your date of birth and an age check is enforced technically. If it is determined that you are under 18, your account will be closed without notice and your data will be deleted.

4.2. Opening an Account

Accounts are opened via OAuth authentication using Google or Apple identity providers.

You represent that all information you provide when opening an account is accurate, current, and complete. If you submit false, incomplete, or misleading information, the account may be closed and you are responsible for any resulting damages.

4.3. Account Security

The security of your OAuth provider account (Google or Apple) is your responsibility. If you notice unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately change your password, enable two-factor authentication, and report the situation to info@tourismpartner.world. You remain personally responsible for all actions taken with your account prior to such notice.

4.4. Multiple Accounts and Legal Entities

Each natural person may open only one Tourism Partner account. If multiple accounts are detected, the additional ones may be closed. The Service is intended for use by natural persons on their own behalf; creating an account on behalf of someone else or for a legal entity is prohibited.

6.Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Service. If you are found to have engaged in any of them, your content will be removed, your account may be suspended without warning or permanently closed, and legal remedies may be pursued where appropriate.

Content Violations
Sharing pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, bloody, gory, or otherwise disturbing imagery; any material involving child abuse; promoting suicide or self-harm behaviors; encouraging drug use.
Hate Speech and Discrimination
Insulting, demeaning, excluding, or inciting violence against an individual or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, language, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other attribute.
Harassment, Threats, and Bullying
Targeted, repeated harassment, intimidation, threats, doxxing (unauthorized disclosure of personal information), cyberbullying, or revenge pornography.
False Identity and Deception
Impersonating another person, creating fake profiles, passing off someone else's photos as your own; unauthorized representation of celebrities, brands, or organizations.
Spam, Fraud, and Manipulation
Repeatedly posting the same content; conducting unsolicited marketing; fake voting, fake reviews, or fake follower/engagement activities; phishing or fraud schemes.
Illegal Activity
Organizing, promoting, or carrying out activities that violate any applicable law. This includes trade in weapons, drugs, or contraband; money laundering; human trafficking; coordination of any criminal activity.
Intellectual Property Infringement
Sharing content protected by copyright, trademark, or patent without permission from the rights holder; passing off another person's work as your own.
Privacy Violation
Sharing photos, videos, names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, or other private information of another person without their consent.
System Abuse
Stressing the App's infrastructure with automated tools (bots, scrapers, very rapid requests); attempting to bypass security mechanisms; attempting unauthorized access; reverse-engineering the source code.
Commercial Misuse
Running unsolicited mass marketing, sales, advertising, or campaigns from a personal account; using the Service for multi-level marketing (MLM) or similar commercial activities.

7.Community Guidelines

To keep Tourism Partner a safe and respectful community, we ask our users to follow these rules:

  1. Be respectful. You may encounter differing opinions; keep discussions civil.
  2. Be honest. Put accurate information in your profile and content. Do not post misleading trip listings.
  3. Respect privacy. Do not share other users' personal information; do not publish photos without consent.
  4. Be safe on first meetings. When meeting someone in person for the first time, prefer a crowded, safe environment; share your location with someone you trust.
  5. Be careful with money. Tourism Partner does not facilitate payments. Avoid prepayments with strangers.
  6. Report suspicious situations. Use the "Report" feature in the 3-dot menu immediately for unlawful, harassing, or disturbing content.
  7. Protect yourself. Do not neglect your account security; do not click suspicious links.
  8. Contribute to the community. Make helpful comments, share your experiences, welcome new users.

8.Content Ownership and License

8.1. Ownership of Content

All Content you share through the Service remains owned by you. Tourism Partner does not claim ownership of your Content.

8.2. License Granted to the Service Provider

By using the Service, you grant the Service Provider a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, reproduce, store, translate, format, and arrange your Content within the scope of the Service. The sole purpose of this license is to provide and improve the Service. The license terminates when you delete the Content from the Service, except that backups, legal compliance copies, and copies already distributed to other users may persist for a reasonable period.

9.Content Moderation and Reporting

9.1. Right to Report

Any Content or User you believe violates the Community Guidelines or Prohibited Conduct rules can be reported via the "Report" feature within the app. Reportable content types:

Reports are reviewed by our Administrator team within 24 hours at the latest and one of the following actions is taken:

9.3. Anonymity

The identity of the reporter is never shared with the reported user. Report records are subject to the legal retention periods set out in the KVKK and related legislation.

9.4. Abuse of the Reporting System

The reporting system must only be used for actual rule violations. Users who systematically file unfounded reports may have their reporting capability temporarily or permanently restricted.

9.5. Emergencies

In situations involving threats to child safety, suicide threats, serious risk to life, or ongoing criminal activity, please also contact the competent authorities immediately (in Turkey: 155 Police, 112 Emergency, 183 Social Support Hotline). When official requests are received from authorities, the relevant data will be shared within the legal framework.

11.Intellectual Property

The "Tourism Partner" brand, logo, design system, software source code, database structure, text, visuals, audio, and all other elements belong to Tourism Partner or are used under license. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works of these elements without explicit written permission is prohibited.

Copyright infringement claims can be submitted to info@tourismpartner.world, including the link to the relevant content, a document proving your ownership, and your contact details. A valid notice will result in immediate review of the relevant content.

12.Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services such as Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, and Firebase Cloud Messaging. Use of these services is subject to the respective providers' own terms of service and privacy policies. Tourism Partner is not responsible for any outages, errors, or policy changes in third-party services.

13.Suspension and Termination

13.1. Termination by the User

You can delete your account at any time via "Settings → Account → Delete my account" or by emailing info@tourismpartner.world to request termination. Within 30 days of your request, and subject to legal retention obligations, your account and data will be irreversibly deleted.

13.2. Termination by the Service Provider

The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:

Where possible, notice will be given to your registered email address before deletion. In the case of serious violations, suspension may be applied without prior notice.

13.3. Right of Appeal

If you believe that your account has been suspended or closed by mistake, you may submit a written appeal to info@tourismpartner.world within 14 days of being notified of the decision. Your appeal will be reviewed within a reasonable time.

14.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

These limitations do not apply to damages arising from intent or gross negligence; to rights granted by mandatory consumer protection provisions; or to your compensation rights under the KVKK.

15.Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Service Provider makes no express or implied warranties as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or freedom from viruses.

Access to the Service may be disrupted due to server outages, planned/unplanned maintenance, third-party service outages, natural disasters, or similar events.

16.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider, its affiliates, directors, and employees from and against any claims, lawsuits, costs, and damages (including reasonable attorney's fees) brought or asserted by third parties as a result of your conduct in breach of this Agreement or applicable law.

17.Force Majeure

Natural disasters, pandemics, war, terror attacks, strikes, government decisions, internet infrastructure outages, cyberattacks, or similar events beyond reasonable control are considered force majeure. In such cases, the Service Provider shall not be liable for damages arising from its inability to perform its obligations.

18.Dispute Resolution

18.1. Amicable Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith discussions. Please submit complaints or notices of dispute to info@tourismpartner.world.

18.2. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts

Users acting as consumers may apply to Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade. For disputes exceeding such monetary limits set by legislation, the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

18.3. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

19.Changes

The Service Provider may unilaterally update this Agreement. Material changes will be announced through in-app notification, email, or this page a reasonable time before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Agreement. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account.
